I was a Full-Stack Web Engineer for 3 years in NYC with a comfortable six figure salary before I got fired after someone sent a satirical video I made mocking 9-5 office jobs to my company’s HR department.
It was a blessing in disguise because I had been miserable for a long time - tired of the race race and NYC. So I immediately packed my bags and left to travel the world.
It’s been almost a year now since I took that one-way flight to Mexico City. Through this journey I’ve met a lot of people and learned a lot about life and myself.
I don’t have all the answers, but I’m documenting my thoughts here. Take it or leave it.
